The energy, water and waste markets are responding to major economic, social and environmental challenges, some of which have seen major changes. To develop its business in a sustainable way, the Group must strive for high customer satisfaction levels by developing offers focused on enhancing energy efficiency, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and participating in building the cities of tomorrow.

 

 

 

Ensuring quality and guaranteeing continuous service

 

A key feature of GDF SUEZ service offers is uninterrupted supply.  Quality (e.g., gas odorization and calorific value, power supply voltage, quality control of water, etc.) is written into concession contracts and, in France, in public service contracts. This places service quality and continuity  at the heart of GDF SUEZ’s commitment to its customers, users and communities.

 

 

 

Promoting ethical behavior in business relationships

 

Compliance with applicable laws, and transparency of practices involving stakeholders are incorporated into the Group’s corporate initiative. This means:

 

  • respecting national and international regulations, and the Group’s own standards and competition principles;
  • following a responsible procurement policy;
  • informing customers of changes to commodities prices.
