GDF SUEZ group has taken note of the programm law that was published in the Belgian law gazette on
The Group considers the principle itself of this contribution contestable, particularly because it would be discriminatory, as it only hits the three nuclear power producers in Belgium and this without justifying the difference in treatment with an objective relation between the measure and the motives of general interest concerning nuclear power generation.
