The Management Committee is in charge of managing the Group. It makes the GDF SUEZ strategic decisions based on the guidelines defined by the Board of Directors.
Composition of the Management Committee
The GDF SUEZ Management Committee comprises six members:
- Gérard Mestrallet, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer,
- Jean-François Cirelli, Executive Vice-President,& Chief Operating Officer,
- Dirk Beeuwsaert, Executive Vice President, in charge of the Energy Europe & International business line,
- Yves Colliou, Executive Vice President, in charge of the Infrastructure Division,
- Jean-Marie Dauger, Executive Vice President, in charge of the Global Gas & LNG Divison,
- Gérard Lamarche, Executive Vice President, in charge of Finance.
