Executive Committee

The Executive Committee considers questions and decisions relating to the strategy, the development or the organization of the Group and to its overall management. The function of the Executive Committee is to discuss, consult and make decisions on the major orientations of GDF SUEZ. It considers GDF SUEZ’ long-term strategy and prospects and monitors the fulfilment of short-term objectives.
