Barbara Kux joined McKinsey & Company as a management consultant in 1984, where she led strategic missions for global-scale corporate groups. After roles as Emerging Markets Development Manager at ABB and Nestlé between 1989 and 1999, she was a Director of the Ford Motor Company in Europe from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, Madame Kux was appointed as a member of the Philips Management Committee, and assumed responsibility for sustainable development issues from 2005 onwards. Between 2008 and 2013, she was a main board director at Siemens AG, with responsibility for sustainable development and overall management of the supply chain. Professional experience

Marie-José Nadeau articled at the Supreme Court of Canada and is a member of the Quebec Bar. After practicing law for the federal government, she joined the Quebec government in 1986, where she held a number of strategic positions in the Departments for the Environment and for Energy and Natural Resources. In 1993, she joined Hydro-Quebec, where she has acted as Secretary to the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President for the last 22 years.
