The Board of Directors
The GDF SUEZ Corporate Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of members of the GDF SUEZ group and outside personalities with recognized expertise in their own fields. The directors are appointed by the Chairman of the Foundation.
Each year, the Board of Directors verifies the effective management of the Foundation. Its principal tasks are:
- to set the operating rules,
- to set the operating rules,
- to vote on the budgets,
- to approve the accounts,
- to monitor the actions of the Foundation.
The Selection Committee
Within the Foundation, a Selection Committee is responsible for examining requests for support and for providing assistance to selected projects.
The permanent team
To ensure the fulfillment the commitments of the Foundation, a permanent team is in charge of the programs and tasks.

- Philippe Peyrat: Executive Officer
- Valérie Vigouroux: Deputy Executive Officer in charge of Communication and responsible for the Biodiversity & Climate program, and the program How we live in the future
- Patrick Marcel: General Secretary – in charge of the Energy for all program
- Michèle Meyzie: In charge of the Childhood and Youth program
- Micheline Troadec: Assistant in charge of support and management
- Nadine Marchand: Project manager
- Chantal Ronchail: Project manager
