The sponsorship actions and partnerships developed outside the Foundation are primarily a response to the concerns of subsidiaries that seek to become fully integrated in their environment. They are then managed by the Communication Department and assessed by a Sponsorship and Partnership Committee. They must meet the criteria of the sponsorship and partnership charter, and must be one-time, non-renewable, initiatives. They are subject to an evaluation.
The involvement of employees is expressed through skill-based sponsorship, making volunteers available around partnerships supported by the Group, and humanitarian actions initiated by employee associations.
