All shareholders, however many shares they hold, can take part in person in this Shareholders’ Meeting, providing they can prove their status as shareholders.

Should the admission card that you requested not have reached you within 3 days prior to the Shareholders' Meeting, please contact Société Générale's call centre for admission cards, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm on: 0 825 315 315 (calls from France cost €0.125 plus VAT/minute).

 

 

Vote over the Internet

 

GDF SUEZ has created a website for shareholders to vote over the Internet prior to the Shareholders' Meeting: ag.gdfsuez.com

This secure site will be accessible from 11 April to 3pm on 30 April 2009, Paris time, for you to cast your ballot prior to the Shareholders' Meeting.

Please note: As of 3pm on 30 April 2009 (Paris time), you will no longer be able to vote over the Internet. In order to avoid a possible last-minute rush and overload of the system we recommend that you do not wait until the last few days to vote.
