Enrollment as a Registered Shareholder
If you have already deposited shares in a securities account and you want to convert them to registered shares, you must request this by writing to your financial intermediary:
Download the form to transfer shares to “pure registered” form (pdf - 52 KB)
Your financial contact will then take the necessary action at Société Générale. Once that request has been received and processed by Société Générale, the securities department will send you an account-enrollment notice and will become your sole contact.
The time frame for enrolling your shares in the register of registered shares depends primarily on the speed of execution of the transfer order by your financial intermediary. Your financial intermediary may charge you a fee for that transaction. Enrollment in the register of registered shares lets you preserve your shares with no custodian charges.
Note: VVPR strips cannot be enrolled in the register of registered shares.
