Mission
The territorial agency manager is responsible for the agency under his/her charge, in accordance with the policy defined by the Management. He/she plays a commercial role, with combined objectives in terms of the renewal and increase of revenues from local authorities and government bodies. He/she ensures compliance with these commercial objectives while taking account of the economic, technical and human constraints set by the director of the Regional Center.
Main responsibilities
- Team and agency management (30 to 100 people).
- Responsible for the technical, legal and financial aspects of the service offers put forward.
- Operation of existing facilities and tracking of the proper execution of public service concession contracts.
Skills sought
- Engineering degree
- Knowledge in the field of agronomy, chemistry or hydraulics
- Experience in similar roles
- Capacity to establish customer relations and make them flourish
- Good communication skills with respect to NGOs, public authorities, municipalities, etc.
- Leadership skills and capacity to implement change
