Territorial Agency Manager


Mission


The territorial agency manager is responsible for the agency under his/her charge, in accordance with the policy defined by the Management. He/she plays a commercial role, with combined objectives in terms of the renewal and increase of revenues from local authorities and government bodies. He/she ensures compliance with these commercial objectives while taking account of the economic, technical and human constraints set by the director of the Regional Center.

 

 

Main responsibilities

 

 

  • Team and agency management (30 to 100 people).
  • Responsible for the technical, legal and financial aspects of the service offers put forward.
  • Operation of existing facilities and tracking of the proper execution of public service concession contracts.
     
 

Skills sought

 

 

  • Engineering degree
  • Knowledge in the field of agronomy, chemistry or hydraulics
  • Experience in similar roles
  • Capacity to establish customer relations and make them flourish
  • Good communication skills with respect to NGOs, public authorities, municipalities, etc.
  • Leadership skills and capacity to implement change
