Mission
Within the scope of draft contracts or contracts already in force, the technical design engineer supervises the studies aimed at assessing the feasibility of the project and the resources to be deployed for its completion. He/she reviews technical and budget-related issues and checks the plans.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinating and carrying out studies for several contracts
- Leading a team of technicians and subcontractors
- Studying the contracts and checking the technical options
- Planning and defining the required resources
- Managing the budgets for the studies within the limits of the engineering package
- Taking part in the drafting of technical specifications for the calls for tenders
- Checking the plans.
Skills sought
- Engineering degree
- Experience with similar design office duties
- Stringency and organizational skills
- Taste for and experience with teamwork
- Good interpersonal skills
