Mission
The team leader’s main mission is to take charge of and rationalize the collection of industrial waste from industrial and business customers. He/she manages a team of some thirty people (truck drivers, heavy machinery operators, fork-lift operators, waste collection site wardens) and some fifteen machines. He/she ensures compliance with operating instructions, regulations and safety measures, giving priority to the quality of the service provided to the customer.
Main responsibilities
- Organizing, controlling and tracking the industrial waste collection activity.
- Organizing the daily work of his/her team.
- Taking charge of the internal and external waste logistics.
- Ensuring compliance with transport, personnel, safety and environment regulations.
- Administrative follow-up of activities and personnel.
