Mission

 

The sales and customer adviser handles the promotion and sale of the products and services to private customers, business customers and industrialists, in a competitive environment. He/she welcomes customers, advises them, manages their contracts, etc. He/she gains the loyalty of the customers in his/her portfolio by guaranteeing them a high level of satisfaction; he/she also detects potential customers.
 

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Welcoming customers and canvassing face to face and by phone.
  • Promoting the company’s products and services.
  • Giving advice on rationalizing the customers’ energy facilities.
  • Managing accounts and renewing energy supply contracts.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer data.

 

 

Skills sought

 

  • Sales or service qualification

  • Good knowledge of energy solutions
