Project manager


Mission


The project manager plays a key role in winning energy services projects and their implementation. He/she plans, coordinates, directs and controls all activities related to the projects in order to achieve technical and budget objectives and comply with delivery lead times. He/she uses his/her expertise in the project offer preparation phases and works out the practical aspects of the project’s implementation with the management.
The project manager works in close collaboration with the Quality, Control and Safety services, to ensure that the technical content of the project and the employees’ working conditions comply with applicable rules.


 

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Project planning and organization.
  • Putting together the team with competent management.
  • Selecting, coordinating and controlling subcontractors.
  • Producing regular reports on the status of the project.
  • Managing trade relations with the contracting party.
  • Compliance with quality and safety rules.
