Business engineer


Mission

The business engineer oversees the execution of the contracts signed with industrial customers or local authorities for the design, construction or management of facilities. He/she is responsible for the financial, commercial and technical aspects of the contract, from its coming into effect through to the end of the guarantee period.
 

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Defining the resources to be used for the execution of the contract.
  • Leading the team in charge of the contract.
  • Implementing the procedures related to the execution of a contract (prevention, quality, safety).
  • Abiding by the terms of the contract, particularly lead times.
  • Optimizing the profit margin.
  • Overseeing the training of the operator.
  • Keeping track of customer payments in coordination with the financial officer.
