Agency Manager


Mission


The agency manager is responsible for an agency in charge of energy efficiency contracts with public authorities, businesses and industrial companies. He/she supervises a team of 150 to 200 people and coordinates the activities of the heads of operational centers. The agency manager is responsible for the agency’s medium-term policy. He/she sets its objectives in terms of quality and quantity, and upholds the company’s image and ethics within his/her agency. He/she also plays a commercial role by building up the customer portfolio.
 

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Managing the customer portfolio, searching for new contracts, negotiating major deals.
  • Preparing and tracking the agency’s budget.
  • Reporting to General Management.
  • Personnel management.
  • Implementing the quality and security systems within the agency.
