Developing our relationships with Long-Term Higher Education
Relationships with Further Education Institutions are at the heart of our policy for the recruitment and integration of young graduates. Each year, GDF SUEZ takes part in numerous forums and fairs, and weaves close links with establishments through local actions and targeted partnerships.
GDF SUEZ’s Campus Department is in charge of the development of relationships with Long-Term Higher Education through partnerships. It provides a presence on campuses, the organization of events and contacts with the managers and the various actors of the world of the Grandes Ecoles (engineers, management, etc.), Universities and Colleges.
To enhance this dynamic, a network of Campus correspondents made up of HR representatives, managers and operational staff from the various Business Lines or entities, ensures, first of all, good internal distribution of the Campus policy and of the actions put in place. In parallel, these professionals, due to their experience, enable the Group’s activities to be made better known and for those activities to be exchanged with students during forums or presentations made in the Grandes Ecoles, Universities and Colleges.
These actions make it possible to create a sustainable relationship with the higher education institutions and their students and to meet the Group’s coworkers, through our Employer Image: Generation Horizons.
