Telemetry is a remote measurement transmission technology. In the field of energy, it makes it possible to measure room temperature in apartment or office buildings thereby helping to improve customer comfort and reduce energy consumption. Using wireless technology through radio waves, the Group’s R&D team has developed its own telemetry system, under the name TESFILYO.
Thanks to radio captors installed either on meters or equipment, telemetry allows continuous remote monitoring of energy, water and fluids consumption as well as ambient temperature, heating circuit temperature, and hot water and air conditioning temperatures. It is used in hospitals, retirement homes, offices, factories, etc. telemetry is very useful to adjust the operation of the facilities in real time to suit user requirements.
The TESFILYO telemetry system developed by the Group’s R&D team can be used on an occasional basis, for instance during an energy audit in order to check the proper operation of a facility or increase its performance. It can also be permanently installed at a place where a wired connection would be too complex or too costly. It makes it possible to continuously and precisely monitor consumption levels (heating, energy and water consumption) from a remote location, and control the facilities accordingly. In addition, this system can be adapted to suit any existing technical system, irrespective of its size. This discreet, reliable, waterproof system will operate for at least
