Sixteen million customers in Europe
Europe, where GDF SUEZ already has significant locations for energy distribution, continues to be a major axis of development.
The Group operates through local brands on the main European markets. In France, Gaz de France DolceVita provides services to more than ten million residential customers, while Provalys supplies gas and electricity to more than 250,000 commercial and industrial sites. It also provides integrated offerings of energy supply and related services to local governments in France via the brand Gaz de France énergies communes.
On its other markets in Europe, the Group operates through local brands such as Italgas in Italy.
